By linking your reservation system to Keyplan, you get the most efficiency from Keyplan. This allows you to: Check in your reservation system whether all tasks on an object have been completed. Check within Keyplan whether an object is currently being rented out. Create automatic tasks for reservations, such as:

  • Cleaning arrival / departure
  • Bringing / collecting bed linen
  • Bringing / collecting cot
  • Bringing / collecting a towel package
  • Bringing / collecting a beer package
  • All added items can become tasks

With both the mobile application and the web version you can create tasks or report malfunctions very easily and intuitively. When creating tasks, you can add photos and descriptions, among other things. In addition, you can give a priority to the relevant task, so that it will notify and the task will be placed at the top of the list of the department or relevant employee.

 

In fact, anyone can create tasks: the staff, but also your guests (if you use the “public notifications”). In this way, the cleaners can create a task if they encounter something during a cleaning. For example: leakage from the roof, defective television, broken refrigerator, etc.

All your maintenance & checks within Keyplan

You can store all your preventive maintenance and checks within Keyplan. This makes it clear when maintenance or inspection needs to be carried out in order to extend the life of your associated objects and installations on your holiday park. Examples of this are:

  • Play area control
  • Boiler maintenance
  • Check valves
  • Preventive flushing for legionella 

In addition, you have a complete digital log of all activities that have been carried out.

An interesting development is the Legionella module, which creates automatically flushing tasks when an object is empty for too long, so you can keep legionella under control. In conjunction with a number of recurring tasks, you have a fully digital logbook for your Legionella prevention.

 

Available in different languages

A holiday park often has a diversity of different employees.
To make Keyplan as multifunctional as possible, we have Keyplan available in the following languages:

When you set your mobile to a specific language, Keyplan takes over the already chosen language from your mobile to use it within your personal Keyplan environment.
